DESCRIPTION:

A prototype of a data-driven network tower-defense game where players manage a network of nodes visualizing a .csv dataset. Features of the dataset are represented in the node network graph, changing over time as nodes influence each other via their edge-connections. The player is able to affect how nodes affect one another by placing constructs: Towers, Areas Of Effect, and Borders.

This game seeks to reflect the struggle to maintain optimism against the cascade of measurable symptoms.

KNOWN ISSUES:

  • UI elements don't scale immediately if changed in main menu settings
    • To take effect, reload a mission for the UI to scale as set in setting
  • Balancing issues
